1. Scope
These terms govern access to and use of the Piassa platform, an online marketplace dedicated to the sale of car spare parts in Morocco.
2. Registration and account
Using Piassa requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Piassa reserves the right to suspend any account in case of fraudulent use.
3. Listings and transactions
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of the information in their listings. Piassa acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the quality of products sold by third-party sellers.
4. Data protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Moroccan law 09-08. You have a right to access, correct, and delete your data by contacting privacy@piassa.ma.
